A pastry worth its weight in gold! Created in the shape of an ingot, this little cake was dreamt up for businessmen who worked at the Exchange. This succulent almond-based cake is a real treat. The version by Hugo & Victor should not be missed.

The pastry for lovers of dark chocolate. On a Joconde biscuit base, with butter cream, chocolate ganache and chocolate icing, this cake is a must-taste! Why not try to make one yourself using the delicious chocolate by Patrick Roger?
