Paris is one of the capitals of Europe with the greatest number of woods and gardens. Extending west from the gates of Paris is the ‘Bois de Boulogne’, to the east the ‘Bois de Vincennes’, to the south the Montsouris Park and to the north the Buttes Chaumont Park. In the centre of historical Paris, the Tuileries Gardens, the Parc-Royal Garden and the Luxembourg Garden freshen up the city. Finally, hidden neighbourhoods, squares and gardens which are all very appealing are scattered throughout the city of Paris.
